Outfit Post: Family Halloween

So this isn't really an outfit post, but a costume post...our neighborhood has an amazing parade and party every year for Halloween, so Q and I take the opportunity to dress up with Aurora.  I wasn't feeling super creative this year, but everything in our costumes was secondhand or stuff we ready owned except for my glasses! So that's pretty awesome.  It was a gorgeous day--didn't seem like a Frankenstorm was on the way (but it gave Q the day off work today, so I am not complaining!).

If I'm totally honest, I'd love Q to look like this every day (but it may be a bit much for a Physical Therapist)!  He patiently let his hair grow so we could style it, but he's desperate for a cut this week. He does, however, love the jacket and plans on wearing it regularly (score!).  I felt only like a slight (quirky) departure from myself. I got my skirt on eBay, and it was more costume-y than I had hoped, only because I wanted to find one with records to match Aurora's (which I thrifted this summer and almost forgot about!).
