Outfit Post: Ketchup and Mustard

Another outfit post for the week! It was a windy day (evident from the second photo!) and we shot on our back deck-slash-treehouse (yes, there is a tree growing through the middle). Q is getting really good at taking flattering photos of me (though I make him shoot like a billion and choose the best ones).

 I wore this outfit out to a little coffee/scone/crossword date on Sunday morning.

This is my favorite cardigan, which I thrifted almost 5 years ago.  It's a great color, cozy chunky knit, and it has pockets!  My Frye boots were a splurge at about that time too--even though I bought them at a DSW, they're still my most expensive pair of footwear, and I think I will have them forever (or pass them down to my inevitably fashionable and vintage-loving daughter). 

 I scored this vintage belt recently and couldn't part with it!

More outfits to come in the days and weeks ahead! I'm having fun and learning to take advantage of my closet--finally--and to get myself out of pajamas at least a few times a week (though I am admittedly writing in a pair of yoga pants and a tee shirt).
