The purple paisley floral skirt has an elastic waistband and falls a few inches below the knee in length.
For the work look, we added a basic tank, black biker jacket and black knotted wedges.
For the play look, we belted the skirt as a strapless dress and paired it with flat gladiators and layered necklaces for a low key bohemian touch.
We love pieces that are versatile, especially vintage pieces! If you can't afford a whole new wardrobe, try being creative with what you have. We've only styled this two ways, but there are many more options for a skirt like this. How would you wear it? Answer in the comments section and this skirt and a $25 Miskabelle gift certificate could be yours!
We're excited to see what you come up with. Giveaway will end next Wednesday, May 19th and winner will be announced on Thursday, May 20th. Winner chosen at random from commenters (get a second entry if you RT the link on Twitter!).
Stay gorgeous,

I love it as a dress, even for daytime. I could easily see it with a wide black belt, cute little cardigan, n pearls.
ReplyDeleteLove what you ladies are doing :)

I also <3 it as a dress! I see it so many ways- w/Mary janes and a cardigan, w/flip flops and sunglasses... I'd even try it with a blazer!
ReplyDeleteLove!

I would love love to take up the skirt into a bubble hem mini! I'd pair it with a black tank, brown platforms, and huge sunglasses!

Well, I'm really into bobby socks right now, so whatever I pair it with better include some of those! The Spring weather's been chilly, so I think some bobby socks, wedge sandals, and a patterned wool sweater for warmth. Email: timeenoughfordrums@yahoo.com. Annie.
ReplyDeleteI'd wear it as a high waisted skirt with a brown belt and a plain white top. some brown wedges would be lovely too. :)
ReplyDeleteI love this as a dress! I'm too short to wear long skirts, so I'd wear it as a dress with a belt, my cork wedges, and dangly chandelier earrings.
ReplyDeleteI would DEFINITELY wear this as a dress. I have everything I need to wear this too: Off white cropped cardigan, wide brown belt with big buckle detail, brown leather wedges, and a bronze necklace.
ReplyDeleteWith skirts this flowy i like to *attempt* re-purpose them into simple summer loose shorts (think anthropologie sleepwear). ive tried this many times with thrifted skirts and although im not always successful, ive always loved the ones that worked out. if i made a set outta this skirt id rock it with a deep v tshirt and a wide brown woven belt.
ReplyDeletekeep up the good work ladies!
Love it as a dress, I'd wear it as a high waisted skirt with a lacy white tank and thick brown belt with my frye boots.
ReplyDeleteI'm with everyone else and <3 it as a dress too. I can see it with pink flats (shocking), a wide white belt, and a chunky beaded necklace. Pashmina or jean jacket, depending on where you're taking it. :)
ReplyDeleteLove this game!
I couldn't use it but my little sister would love it! Agnes B.
ReplyDeletei love the options!! you all are so creative.

where the hooha have i been? so glad i saw this before time ran out! i love the print on that skirt/dress. it's so pretty and perfect for summer or fall. love it!
ReplyDeleteNot to be repetitive but I also love it as a dress! I'd either taper it with my skinny pink belt (for day)or just pair it with my brown leather jacket and some chunky jewelry(for night) both with brown open-toe sandals. Either way, it's an adorable piece!

ReplyDeleteI'd wear it as a dress with a teal vintage belt, a cute locket, cream textured tights, a cardi, and brown pumps...probably :)
ReplyDeleteHey sorry, I didn't mean to comment twice.
ReplyDeleteOh, it's so cute as a dress! It could also be a nice scarf, I think. But yes, I'd wear it as a dress with a cream jacket and brown belt + boots in spring!
